Microsoft Word (.docx) documents and Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) workbooks. They open in Word and Excel, and in the free Google Docs and Google Sheets. They are not Canva links or flat PDFs, so you can change any word, add your logo and print as many copies as you need.
No. With a free Google account, upload the files to Google Drive and open them with Google Docs; for the spreadsheets, open the file and choose File › Save as Google Sheets. The spreadsheets use only functions that both Excel and Google Sheets support, and they contain no macros or add-ons.

The home daycare kits come in a US edition (IRS methods, state licensing) and a Canadian edition (CRA child care receipts, business-use-of-home %, km logbook, provinces and territories). The cleaning, pressure washing and lawn care kits are written for US businesses (miles, state rules, IRS mileage rate) but are fully editable, so you can adapt the wording anywhere. Documents are Letter size.
No. The kits are practical templates and calculators. They include reminders to check your state rules and to ask a tax professional, and you should do both before you rely on a policy or a deduction.

Once the files are sent, they can't be returned, so we don't offer change-of-mind refunds. If something doesn't open, doesn't work, or isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll make it right. You can use and edit them in your own business as much as you like, including handing completed forms to your clients and families. You can't resell, share or give away the templates themselves. See the license.
