- Which kit and file, and which app you're using (Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Mac or Windows).
- What you expected and what happened. A screenshot helps.
We read every message and reply as soon as we can. If something in a kit isn't right, we'll make it right.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, Social Insurance Numbers (SINs), EINs or children's information. We don't need them to help you.
