Ready-to-Run Kits is a brand of Zambr Works, a small business based in Ontario, Canada that sells digital templates. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what that means.

This website

  • No accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. We set no cookies; Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn't a bot.
  • To decide whether to show a US-dollar estimate next to prices, the page checks your device's time zone and language in your browser; neither is sent to us or saved.
  • The free tools (calculators and the statement generator) run entirely in your browser. What you type isn't sent to us or stored anywhere, and it disappears when you close the page.
  • The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may log technical information such as your IP address to run and secure the service. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you buy

We don't run our own checkout. Depending on where you buy, these services process your order:

  • Etsy, for purchases on Etsy. See Etsy's privacy policy.
  • Stripe and Link (a Stripe company), for direct purchases on this website. Link is the merchant of record for those orders and handles payment, tax and receipts. See Stripe's privacy policy and Link's privacy policy.
  • Google Workspace (Gmail), which we use to email your files for direct purchases, from support@zambrworks.com to the email address you gave at checkout. If an attachment can't get through, we may instead share the files from our Google Drive with that email address only. See Google's privacy policy.

We never see or store your full card number. From Etsy or Stripe/Link we receive order details: your name, email address, country (and sometimes your billing address) and what you bought.

We use that information only to deliver your files, help you if something goes wrong, and keep the records a business must keep for tax purposes. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

When you contact us

If you contact us (by email or through Etsy messages), we use your contact details and message only to reply. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy law (PIPEDA). Contact us with any request or question.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
